I knew that coffee is harvested in Colombia, Ethiopia or Brasil, but I never thought that in the paradisaical Island of Hawaii you could also find crops of coffee plants. These farms are located in the Kona District from where they get the name.
Some Kona farms have become successful tourist attractions. In this video we visited the Greenwell farm a local business where we are given an interesting lecture of how Hawaiian coffee is produced.
