A/C stopped working in a hot summer night?!!! OMG!!! Hmmmm! Can I fix it myself or do I have to call a A/C service man to spend hundreds of $$$$? Believe me, it wasn't that bad! After watching this video, you will be a Pro to fix 95% of the A/C issues :)
P.S. I do apologize that during the video I used a Multi Voltage Meter which doesn't have a function to measure capacitor and I am very annoyed by it! So I did purchase a better one later after this video and proved that the fan capacitor only has 1.8 micro F (spec is 7.5 micro F); also the compressor capacitor is getting bad too (actual value 39.9 micro F vs spec 45 micro F)
