We helped a local builder move and install a steel beam on a house extension.
The Hooka Crane lifts the beam from underneath meaning the beam can be lifted under an existing wall.
As well as lifting the beam the Hooka has the ability to carry beams on its own or with larger beams using a tracked carrier powered from the main machine.
Heavy steel beams are being used more often on houses to enable large bifold doors to be fitted and to create open plan living areas.
