Costs:
So this exhaust system costs $2100. It's not the most affordable exhaust system but you get what you paid for.

Original Plan:
So my original plan was that I was going to use the Valvetronic Designs universal muffler kit which I bought and have a fabricator connect it to my existing Remark Catback. The fabricator told me that the job would be well over $1000 and the mufflers don't fit the rear section of my STI. We mocked it up and the muffler extends beyond the rear bumper which gave us another dilemma of having to have a 90 degree angle to connect the y-pipe to the mufflers. This would dramatically restrict exhaust flow which is what I didn't want. He recommend me to purchase the RES exhaust as he personally thinks it has very good welds. Shoutout to Charles for being very honest and helping me make the decision. I could have easily taken it to a muffler shop and they would have done a shitty job even if it was a couple hundred dollars for the job.

What I got:
So this exhaust is very customizable and they make it once you order it. I got the 3" piping with a non-resonated midpipe. They have a lot of tip designs where I went for #11 which is a single wall with an angle cut. The y-pipe is a 3" that splits into two 2.5" piping. For a stock car 3" piping all round is overkill and the 2.5" flows much better for the stock power.

Overall Sound:
Will post another video of full exhaust sounds and an overview of the entire exhaust system. Overall, when the valves are closed it sounds exactly the same as the stock mufflers and sometimes even quieter. When the valves are open it sounds like a more muted muffler delete. I was expecting the valves open to be loud but the sound difference is more noticeable at idle.

Conclusion:
If you want to have the ability to be loud/quiet, I would definitely recommend this exhaust system. The chambered muffler layout is a design that I prefer and believe that it is sufficient enough to scavage the exhaust gases properly.
