DIY Chicken Waterer

Описание: PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING SUPPLIES!!! I accidently said 2 male and female couplers, but it's only 1 each for this project. We were making 2 waterers at that the time and I got mixed up. Also, water cups have changed over the years and you can now find them already attached to pipes and T-pipes. This project can easily be modified to work with whatever watering device you chose to use and as many as you chose to use.

We know there are many different types of chicken waterers out there, but this one is our favorite. We live in Georgia and don’t get harsh cold winters, so, it keeps water from freezing. If we do drop into freezing temps for more than a few days, it will freeze and I supply them with buckets of water until the hard freeze passes which is typically in a day or 2. Now, in the Summer it gets super hot and we’ve noticed the water stays cool. If the cooler is in the shade algae growth is pretty much non existent, however full sun will cause some algae growth.
