The noise of the fire, the smell of the oil, and the silent dedication.
Tonight, we are exploring the Liangzhu Yongwang Night Market (良渚永旺夜市), one of the liveliest spots in town. I filmed 8 different stalls to show you the real rhythm of Chinese street food.
From the aggressive "Linyi Stir-fry Chicken" to the precise "Brother Feng's Fried Rice", every chef has their own kung fu.
Special Highlight: Stay tuned for the end (Stall #8). I met a lovely deaf-mute couple making the most beautiful Takoyaki. In this noisy market, their focus was touching.
The 8 Stalls:
Intro: The Heat
Linyi Stir-fry Chicken (临沂生炒鸡): Intense iron wok action!
Brother Feng's Fried Rice (峰哥炒饭): Master level tossing skills.
Entrepreneur Fried Rice (创业炒饭): Young boss with a huge fanbase.
Grilled Cold Noodles (烤冷面): Full satisfying process.
Tujia Meat Pie (土家鲜肉饼): Crispy and fresh.
Cantonese Rice Rolls (广式肠粉): Smooth texture & sauce.
Fried Chicken Frames (炸鸡架): The sound of deep frying.
The Silent Takoyaki (章鱼小丸子): Heartwarming finale. 🐙
