Ingredients! Plain flour/ maida1 cup, gram flour/besan 1 cup. Glucose syrup/ light corn syrup 2tbs full; if you dont find it use honey 2-3tbs. 2 cups white sugar. Almonds 10-12, pistachio nuts 10-12 and 3 green cardamoms. Use pure ghee/desi ghee generously or add 1cup +
Tips, sugar may cristalise white but dot worry it will melt again keep mixing till it start changing colour and become golden, at that stage your pan is still hot and even turning the heat off wont stop its cooking process. You may burn chash to avoid that turn your sugar syrup to a non-stick cold frying pan and keep mixing till it's a bit thick make sure you besan mix at that stage is lukewarm mix quickly you only have less than a min only to make taar.
As soon as the patisa cools seal it.
