Houston has made this whirligig from scratch. He looked at heaps of photos online and came up with a design. It's taken him several weeks but finally today the finished product got bolted onto the fence, and there was a strong breeze - well, a wind really - so you can see the "penny" going around.
It's made from wood, with wire joints for the knees so they move.
You might be able to see that he's even painted the rider's hair and moustache!
I think he's very clever but then of course I am biased!
