In celebration of the centennial anniversary of Philippine Cinema, #RewindForward begins its journey at Escolta, Manila — where local cinema found its roots. This documentary also takes a deep dive into the painstaking task of film archiving and film restoration, a project called #SagipPelikula by the ABS-CBN Film Archives and its #ABSCBNFilmRestoration Team. Furthermore, this documentary seeks to find out what possibly the future holds for our rich and colorful cinematic heritage.
