☕️ THE TRADITIONAL
Original Vietnamese Egg Coffee
Straight from Vietnam, and probably your ancestors.
What you’ll need:
• 3 egg yolks
• 15–30g sugar
• A strong Vietnamese coffee base like Too Strong
How to make it:
• Brew your coffee first. While it’s dripping, make the egg cream.
• Whip 3 yolks with sugar for 5–10 minutes on medium-high speed until thick, silky, pale yellow.
⚠️ Don’t rush this. Underwhip it and the cup will smell like regret.
• Pour the coffee into your cup.
• Gently spoon the egg cream on top. Done🤌🏻
✨ THE NEW
Modern Egg Coffee - Caramel Twist
What you’ll need:
• 3 egg yolks
• Caramel sauce (replace sugar)
• A super super strong Vietnamese coffee base like Too Strong 🤌🏻
How to make it:
• Brew your coffee.
• Whip egg yolks with caramel until thick, glossy, and creamy.
• Pour coffee, top with caramel egg cream.
P/S: This recipe is passed down from our grandparents, and the ghosts of coffee past (tổ tiên mách bảo). So don’t @ us🤟🏻
