The search for Savannah Guthrie's mother, Nancy, has reached day 13.
Retired FBI Supervisory Special Agent Jack Jupin believes this is a targeted kidnapping.
"This is a targeted kidnaping," said Jupin. "That person didn’t just show up there that day and wonder geez, will she be here? Will she be at home? They knew who she was. They knew her home."
The FBI describes the suspect as a man between 5’9” and 5’10” with an average build. In security footage, he was seen wearing a black 25-liter "Ozark Trail Hiker Pack" backpack.
