There are two things about the Oculus Quest 2 that almost every Quest 2 user seems to agree on. The first being when you consider it's capabilities and price point, the Quest 2 is THE BEST VR headset on the market today. And the second being that the stock head strap sucks, which is what led to making this video. Two of the most popular aftermarket head straps for the Quest 2 are the Quest 2 Elite strap from Oculus themselves and the BoboVR M2 Halo strap from XIAOZHAI. The main problem I was having with the stock head strap is the head band would cut into where my ears connect to my head. It wasn't super painful or anything but it wasn't exactly comfortable either so in an effort to alleviate this annoyance I decided to look into some aftermarket head straps. I chose the Quest 2 Elite Strap and the Bobo VR M2 because both are highly rated online and I wanted to see what all the hype for these two was all about. I spent several hours using each head strap and found pros and cons to each one. In this video I share my impressions and opinion about these two very popular head straps for the Quest 2. If you're tired of using the stock head strap and looking for a high quality replacement; I hope this video will help you learn about these two straps and give you the information you need to make an informed buying decision.
