The transition from Summer to Autumn was a quick one this year.
Only 5 days in and the first beautiful swell rolled through, groomed perfectly by a crisp North Easterly wind.
The whole coast was firing this day and it was hard to choose somewhere to film but I settled on this slabbing reef. It was great watching the local surfers throw themselves over the ledge on a couple of bombs.
