It was our last day in Tibet, and we were preparing to head to Mainland China. Our day started with our guide picking us up and taking us to Lhasa Railway Station. After completing the entry procedure, we boarded our sleeper train for China. We spent the journey enjoying the scenic views and chatting with fellow passengers. We also took some time to explore the train and its amenities before settling in for the night.
We woke up to the sight of Xining. After wandering through the station, we set out to find a café for a meal and to plan our next steps. Refreshed and satisfied, we took a taxi to our hostel. After a rejuvenating nap and a refreshing bath, we headed out again to book our train tickets to Shanghai.
