Описание: New Labour Law Rules: 2026 से भारतीय कामगारों और कर्मचारियों के लिए बड़े बदलाव आने वाले हैं। सरकार ने 31 दिसंबर 2025 को चार नए श्रम कानूनों के ड्राफ्ट नियम जारी किए हैं: मजदूरी संहिता, औद्योगिक संबंध संहिता, सामाजिक सुरक्षा संहिता और व्यावसायिक सुरक्षा संहिता। इन नए नियमों में न्यूनतम मजदूरी, ओवरटाइम, ग्रेच्युटी, महिला सुरक्षा, गिग वर्कर्स और सोशल सिक्योरिटी जैसे अहम बदलाव शामिल हैं। अब सभी राज्यों में राष्ट्रीय न्यूनतम मजदूरी लागू होगी, ग्रेच्युटी सिर्फ 1 साल की सेवा के बाद मिलेगी, और गिग वर्कर्स को भी PF, बीमा और पेंशन का लाभ मिलेगा। नए नियमों में ओवरटाइम का दोगुना भुगतान, रात की शिफ्ट की सुरक्षा, महिला कर्मचारियों की सहमति के साथ काम की अनुमति और सैलरी कटौती की स्पष्ट सीमा तय की गई है। साथ ही अनौपचारिक मजदूरों और प्लेटफॉर्म वर्कर्स को पहली बार कानूनी पहचान और सामाजिक सुरक्षा लाभ मिलेगा। कर्मचारियों को समय पर सैलरी देने, शिकायत दर्ज करने और अपने अधिकारों की रक्षा करने का अधिकार भी मिलेगा। ये नियम 1 अप्रैल 2026 से पूरी तरह लागू होंगे। भारतीय कर्मचारी और गिग वर्कर दोनों के लिए यह एक बहुत ही सकारात्मक और महत्वपूर्ण कदम है।

Big changes are coming for Indian workers and employees in 2026. On 31 December 2025, the government released draft rules for four new labor codes: Wages Code, Industrial Relations Code, Social Security Code, and Occupational Safety Code. These new regulations include important updates on minimum wages, overtime, gratuity, women’s safety, gig workers, and social security benefits. A national minimum wage will now apply across all states, gratuity will be available after just 1 year of service, and gig workers will receive PF, insurance, and pension benefits. The rules also include double payment for overtime, night shift protections, permission for women to work night shifts with consent, and clear limits on salary deductions. Informal workers and platform workers will get legal recognition and social security for the first time. Employees will also have the right to timely salaries, file complaints, and protect their rights. These rules will be fully implemented from 1 April 2026, marking a major positive step for Indian workers and gig employees.
