KwaZulu-Natal Police Commissioner Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi will this morning return to testify before Parliament's Ad Hoc Committee.
Mkhwanazi who was the first witness to testify before the committee, will also be the last.
The committee is investigating allegations of criminal infiltration, corruption and political interference in the justice system.
Mkhwanazi made the allegations in a media briefing in Durban in July last year.
The committee has resolved to call him back to respond to questions on matters that have arisen during its hearings.
