• 110 g cold butter, cubed
• 60 g powdered sugar
• 1 egg
• A pinch of salt
Mandarin Cream
• 300 ml freshly squeezed mandarin juice
• 100 g sugar
• 2 egg yolks
• 2 tbsp cornstarch
• 25 g butter
Topping
• Whipped cream (as much as you like)
