Alien: Isolation Third Person Demo (2011)

Описание: Initially Alien: Isolation was developed as a third person experience under the name "Alien Year Zero". This video shows the project's "IL3" demo from December 2011, pitting the player against a lone Xenomorph around an early version of Sevastopol's Engineering Platform in third person utilising sticky cover controls.

The project was first pitched in first-person in April 2009 with a demo titled "IL0" - while IL0 proved popular internally at SEGA, the Alien IP was fully saturated with three titles in production. The team were granted permission to build the project with their own IP, titled Moon. Production on that continued until some time in late 2010 when Aliens Crucible was canceled, and the team were granted use of the Alien IP.
