this is a noise oscillator unit created by joerg piringer
you can get it here:

when you put your finger on the touch pad one of four noise sounds is triggered.
it can generate various noise variants:
White Noise
Brownian Noise
Pulsed Noise
Filtered Noise
you can select the noise variant with the mode parameter.
all parameters for the unit:
Param1 depends on the variant, mapped to X on the pad
Param2 as well, mapped to Y on the pad
Depth, mapped to Depth control
Mode: White Noise, Brownian Noise, Pulsed Noise, Filtered Noise
for White Noise:
Param1 pans left and right
for Brownian Noise:
Param1 pans left and right
Param2 controls the step size of the random walk
for Pulsed Noise:
Param1 controls the cutoff frequency
Param2 controls the gap between noise pulses
for Filtered Noise:
Param1 controls the cutoff frequency of the filter
Param1 controls the resonance of the filter
