You can buy empty jugs on GE for 4 GP and then fill it with water and sell it for 43 GP - profit margin is pretty big which makes filling water containers for one hour pretty good method for making money. Remember this is non-member money making and can be done entirely on F2P accounts with no requirements, you just need a small GP investment and you're all set.
