This upper body routine uses a pyramid ladder (1 to 8 and back down) to accumulate 64 total reps per movement. It combines the sandbag's awkward resistance with the explosive power of the kettlebell push press.
The Circuit:
Perform each exercise back-to-back for the target repetition count before moving to the next rung.
Sandbag Rows: Pulling strength and grip endurance.
Sandbag Floor Press: Horizontal pressing with unstable load.
KB Push Press: Unilateral overhead power (perform reps on both arms).
Repetition Scheme:
Ascending: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8
Descending: 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1

1 Sandbag
1 Kettlebell
