Plymvalley ParkRun ☀️ | POV Full Route | Treadmill or Course Recce | 28FEB26

Описание: This week I’m heading to Plymvalley parkrun in Plymouth for a stunning 5K through woodland, canal paths and historic railway lines.

The course starts beside the ancient bridge before following a narrow, sometimes muddy canal path above the River Plym. There’s a sharp climb onto National Cycle Route 27, flowing tarmac through Plym Valley woods, and a fast descent back to the water for a second loop.

One of the highlights is crossing the old railway viaduct, high above the valley floor, before heading back through the trees, under the bridge, and finishing where it all began.

A beautiful but challenging off-road parkrun with uneven terrain, climbs, descents and incredible scenery throughout.
