You've just finished a late shift. You start your walk through the concrete forest, staring up at the lights gleaming above you. Although you tired after the long evening, theres something calm in your mind, knowing you have a walk back to you modest and cosy city centre apartment. The rain droplets falling all around your create a relaxing environment as you stay dry in your raincoat, stepping over the occasional puddle.

As it's so late in the evening, there is barely anyone around. You have the whole city to yourself, its yours. The occasional car comes past you, the lights disappearing off into the distance. You see a light come on at the top of one of the towering skyscrapers, and through the rain it amplifies the light to your eyes. You stop, admiring what now looks like a 100 foot candle, glistening in the middle of the city.

Your walk carries you through the city centre streets, and to the building of your apartment. Before you enter your front door, you take a look back at the streets and buildings you were walking through, and breathe a sigh of content. Life is good.
