Here's a follow my instructions video focused on BLINK on command trigger to make your eyes really tired and super sleepy (sort of hypnotizing you to sleep). I've included visual triggers like hand movements, follow my finger, guess the pattern and others, as well as lots of guided breathing to help you calm down and relax your body for a good night sleep!
This is in soft spoken voice with some occasional ear to ear whispers for the good tingles! Really hope you'll enjoy!
