On this unique journey, we run loops through the woodland in Greyfield Wood, Somerset, England. At the end of each loop, we jump through time and begin the next loop in a different season. Starting in spring, we move forward to summer, then autumn, and finally winter. After completing the winter loop, we run in reverse, travelling back through time until we reach winter again.
As we run, we take in the beautiful spring scenery, with carpets of bluebells surrounding us. The lush green foliage of the trees envelops us as we transition into summer. Next, we experience the golden, crunchy leaves of autumn beneath our feet, before finally running through the soft, white carpets of snow during a snowstorm.
