[Directions]
1. Cut the welsh onion into 3cm pieces and lightly grill them
2. Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces and cook in soup base
3. When 2 comes to a boil, add water not listed, 1, and yuzukosho
4. Boil the soba noodles and cook in ice water
