Simple, quick, easy, delicious 1 minute homemade Mayonnaise (Mayo) | 4K

Описание: Tasty, simple, quick recipe for making mayonnaise using a stick blender. Great base recipe for making aioli, caesar dressing, wasabi mayo, sriracha mayo etc

Ingredients
3 Egg Yolks
300ml or 10 fl oz of Peanut Oil
1-2tblsp of Dijon Mustard (more or less to taste)
1-2 Tblsp of either Apple Cider of White Vinegar (to taste)
Salt and Pepper

Method
Add all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl.
Pulse the stick blender to start it emulsifying
Pull the blade through the mixture and move around to create Mayo
Adjust flavours to suit
Store in an airtight container
Good for a minimum of 2-3 days refrigerated
