Описание: The Redfin Ceo came on CNBC to give his verdict on the housing market which we know the current market isn't sustainable he makes statements on the market gives some honest statements i am a bit weary because its in his best interest for a crash not too happen figuratively he owns a brokerage but that's beside the point inflation his made things more unaffordable wages can not keep up not too mention the recent gas prices the us market has a way to go home prices has skyrocketed home are being valued but then bidded up to 100,000 more than the house was worth mostly because of wealthly investors driving up rent and home prices but I do believe we already into a recession anyway the stock market last year made a lot of people rich but through history when we have a economic boom recession follows granted the economic boom wasn't really real it was just inflation causing that illusion... the real estate bubble will pop in due time
