If you don't have your time of birth you can still see some of your career characteristic. Use the sidereal chart calculator and select 'I don't know my birth time'. Ignore your MC location and use the arrow that divides your 9th and 10th house instead. This is your 10th house cusp of your solar chart. Follow all other instruction in the video using your 10th house cusp instead of the MC. This will show some of the characteristics of your career.
