Описание: The 2023 Southern Living Idea House is now open to the public. In today's video we are giving you an inside look at this year's Southern Living Idea House. Southern Living teamed up with local construction company, Hatcliff Construction, who has actually named Southern Living Builder of the Year in 2017 and 2020 to build this 4 bedroom, 4 full/2 half bathroom, 5600 sqft home. Southern Living also worked with Interior designer, Laura Hodges of Laura Hodges Studio in Catonville, Maryland, residential designers Bill Holloway and Luke Sippel of Lake + Land Studio in Hattiesburg, Mississippi and landscape designer Butch Hamby of Southern Creations Landscaping located in Murfreesboro.

The Southern Living Idea House is 4 beds, 4 full baths, 2 half baths and 5,600 sqft located in Leiper's Fork, which is a small unincorporated town right next to Franklin that's known for it's beautiful rolling hills and its own charming down town strip.

The Southern Living Idea home is open to the public through December. You can buy tickets at the door or online. We've included the link below. If you are hoping to purchase the home, it has already sold. However, you can buy the floor plans if you wish to build your own version!
