This Gulmarg trip had a hidden purpose 😄
While I told Jiya we’re going on a winter trip to Kashmir, my secret plan was something else —
👉 introducing her to snowboarding so that my future trips become easier 😜
On the other hand, Jiya’s only goal was simple:
❄️ To see snowfall
🏂 To finally understand what this “snowboarding” thing is that I keep talking about
📍 Day 1 – Reaching Gulmarg
We traveled from Srinagar to Gulmarg with big expectations…
But reality hit us hard — snow was very less 😅
Still, we explored Gulmarg, soaked in the cold vibes, and made the most of whatever snow we could find.
🏂 Day 2 – Baby Slopes & First Lessons
This was Jiya’s first-ever snowboarding experience.
We practiced on the baby slopes, fell a lot, laughed even more, and slowly started enjoying the process — even though snow conditions were still not perfect.
This video is not just about Gulmarg…
It’s about expectation vs reality,
about patience,
and about how travel becomes more meaningful when you share it with the right person ❤️
