This coriander lime chicken recipe is FIRE! | Cilantro lime chicken recipe

Описание: Let me tell you that this coriander lime chicken is FIRE! So easy to make and tastes incredible. And you know what else? you don't even need to marinade it for hours to get the flavour (although lets be real, it's gonna get better if you do). Also the ancho chilli powder and the cumin add warmth, earthiness and spice. Do not accept poor imitations, this chicken is legit!

For my coriander lime chicken, i used chicken thighs. they are cheap, full of flavour and with plenty of meat on them. However, this marinade would work just as well with legs or breast if you prefer. You can also switch out the ancho chilli powder to any other chilli powder, but adjust the amount because ancho chilli is not very hot!

To make my coriander lime chicken recipe you will need:
►4 medium chicken thighs
►2 tsp of ancho chilli powder
►1/2 tsp of cumin
►Juice of 2 limes plus 1 extra to serve
►Handful of fresh coriander (cilantro)
►3-4 tbsp of olive oil
►2 cloves of minced garlic
►Salt and pepper
Serve with rice, sliced red onion, extra lime slices and sprinkle daintily with more fresh coriander
