🎓 About the Speaker:
Dr. Dolcetti is an expert in environmental fluid mechanics with a background in acoustics and aerodynamics. He holds degrees from the University of Padua, the University of Ferrara, and a PhD from the University of Sheffield. He has contributed extensively to research on turbulent free-surface flows, gravity-capillary wave dynamics, and acoustic scattering. Currently, his research focuses on developing non-invasive, airborne acoustic methods for hydrological applications, including greenhouse gas evasion measurements in rivers.
