In this video, I’ll show you my essential Art Toolkit palette hacks to prevent it from falling off your sketchbook. Plus, a look at my current watercolor brands and favorite mixes for natural greenery and shadows.
After my palette fell from a cliff during urban sketching, I knew I had to modify it. I’ll show you how I use metal plates to make the magnets much stronger.
I also received many questions about the paint brands I use. I’m comparing professional Winsor & Newton and Daniel Smith with a more budget-friendly brand, ShinHan. Is the price difference worth it?
