Enjoy this delicious Nutella Chocolate Cake!
CAKE Ingredients:
1 ½ cups flour
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 ½ teaspoons baking soda
1½ teaspoon baking powder
1 ½ cups espresso coffee
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon instant coffee
1 cup butter
1 ½ cups sugar
3 eggs
½ cup greek yogurt (full cream)
1 cup Nutella (add another half if you would like)
Frosting Ingredients:
1 ½ cups butter
2 tablespoon vanilla extract
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
4 cups powdered sugar
5 tablespoons milk
(Optional - Strawberries to Decorate)

Step By Step:
1- In a large bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking soda, and baking powder.
2- In a large bowl combine the espresso coffee, vanilla, and instant coffee.
3- In a large mixing bowl, mix the butter and sugar until it is light and fluffy.
4- Beat in the eggs, one at a time.
5- Add the greek yogurt and beat until well mixed.
6- Preheat oven to 325˚F (160˚C).
7- Alternate adding the prepared dry and wet ingredients to the batter.
8- add the cup of Nutella, mix well until the batter is fully incorporated.
9- butter 3 baking sheets then distribute the batter evenly.
10- Bake for about 35 minutes.
Place the cakes on a cooling rack and leave to cool for about 30 minutes.
Prepare the frosting:
1- In a large bowl, mix the butter and vanilla. then gradually add in the cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and milk.
once the cakes are cooled, start assembling your cake, layer by layer adding frosting to your linking. Decorate with strawberries (or fruits of choice).
