Proposed reforms:
1. Abolish the Senate and vest all legislative powers in the House.
2. Expand the House to 695 members.
3. Redraw all congressional districts as multimember districts, elected by proportional ranked choice voting.
4. Abolish the Electoral College.
5. Impeach the President with a 60% majority in the House.
6. Increase size of the Supreme Court to 21, implement 21-year term limit for Justices, and each President appoints 4 Justices per term (one per year)
