Roughing The Single Drag from Charley Wilcoxon's Modern Rudimental Swing Solos.
This drum solo is played 3 times with 3 different latin bass drum ostinatos: the first is a baiao ostinato (dotted eighth note, sixteenth note, quarter note rest), the second is a different baiao ostinato (two dotted eighth notes, eighth note), the third is a samba ostinato (dotted eighth note, sixteenth note). The hi-hat is playing upbeats with the left foot.
