• Juice of 1/2 lemon ofr2spoon of vinegar
• 2 glasses of cold water
• 200 grams of lamb cubed meat
• 1 medıum sise of onion
• 1 tea glass of olive oil
• 1 teaspoon of black pepper
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• 2.5 cups of hot water
Prepreation; In one cooking pan add 2 glass of water follow the cubes meat and boıled untıl is soft. peel and cut the şevketi bostan wash and leave in the water with lemon or vinegar. for the the leaves of şevketebostan removed the sharp tıps and wash and leave in the water with vinegar. In the ready pan with boiled lamp meat. add the onion follow the root of şevketebostan and add 1 tea glass of olive oil. cook for 30minutes in a medıum fire. after 30minues add the leaves of şevkete bostan follow the seasoning of salt and black pepper mixed and cook for another 5minues and the şevketebostan is ready to serve.
