Pokémon Learning League - Speed (Full Lesson)

Описание: Ash demands that his friends rush so he can make it to his battle on time. Also, the gang can't fathom why different trails leading to different places would take different amounts of time to complete. After insulting his friends for no reason, Ash decides to interrupt (and horribly screw up) one of Siara's experiments so he can ask for advice. Siara decides to take a break and teaches the kids about speed by watching Fast & Furious and Top Gun. At least she can do that without breaking all of her shit.

Also, Siara makes May stress out about quicksand for no reason, and Brock can apparently climb a mountain in 30 minutes.

"Speed is how fast something moves, right?" "Yes." That's it. Lesson over. No Try/Apply even. Just Incor's and out.

The Try section begins with Ash suing Siara over patent infringement on Rampball. Oh yeah, didn't the various types of friction and how they affect speed already have their on episode? and didn't that one come out BEFORE this one? On a more serious note, a lot of new concepts get introduced in the Try AND Apply sections! I never really quite understand why they do this from time to time; doesn't it kinda defeat the purpose of the Watch Try Apply system? The Apply section is perhaps the biggest offender, in which we go from a Science lesson to a MATH lesson. Kinda makes me wonder why Ada didn't make a cameo for that part...but yeah, does it make sense? For the subject matter, I suppose, but it feels like it was just kinda tacked on last minute...

Speaking of the Apply section; Siara, did you just bring a FUCKING MOTORCYCLE to a race between a bicycle, skateboard, and scooter???

"YEAH THOSE FAN THINGS HAVE A LOT OF FORCE LMAOOOO" "...o-ok..." I can't be the only one who laughed at that, right?

In the end, Siara makes Ash stay behind and do extra homework for being a dick to his friends earlier. The rest are free to go do whatever it is they had planned. Sounds like a win to me lol
