Zurich to Lucerne 🇨🇭 | Switzerland Travel Vlog + Grocery Haul (Cheaper than Iceland?!)

Описание: Mabuhay mga kababayan! 🇵🇭 Join us as we travel from Reykjavík, Iceland to Zürich, Switzerland, and take a scenic train ride straight to Luzern (Lucerne) - one of the most beautiful cities in Europe!

We arrived just after lunch after a 4-hour flight from Iceland and grabbed McDonald’s (the first thing we saw - gutom na talaga 😅). After checking in to our Airbnb and taking a quick nap, we explored the famous Chapel Bridge (Kapellbrücke) and the Luzern lake area.

Sadly, my husband wasn’t feeling well, so we couldn’t explore too much -but I went on a grocery run at Migros, one of Switzerland’s biggest supermarkets! I was shocked to see that groceries here are actually cheaper than in Iceland!

To end the night, I did a quick grocery haul to show what we got and how much everything costs in Swiss francs (CHF).

🍂 September is one of the best months to visit — the weather is mild (around 15–22°C), perfect for exploring without the summer crowds.

🍫 Swiss chocolate and cheese are must-tries - both taste even better when bought locally!

🚠 Many mountain trails and cable cars are still open before winter closures, so it’s a great time for scenic day trips from Luzern (like Mt. Pilatus or Mt. Rigi).

🎶 Luzern often hosts autumn music festivals in September, adding to the city’s lively vibe!
