January can feel overwhelming for migrants and international students in Australia — especially if you’re job searching under financial pressure, visa stress, or after months of applying without results.
This relaxed, one-hour online workshop is designed specifically for migrants and international students who want to start the January job search with clarity, confidence, and a realistic plan — without burning out.
There are no slides and no pressure. This is a conversational, practical session with plenty of time for questions and real examples.
You’ll learn why strong overseas experience often isn’t translating into interviews, what Australian employers actually look for in resumes and LinkedIn profiles, and how to approach job searching in January without panic-applying or exhausting yourself.
You’ll also receive a practical Google document with checklists, guidance, and a simple job-search strategy you can use immediately.
This session is ideal if you’re feeling tired, unsure where to begin, or worried that you’re doing something wrong — when in reality, you may just need clearer communication and strategy tailored to the Australian job market.
This is not generic job advice.
It’s migrant-centred, realistic, and designed to support you where you are right now.
