This flow will test your balance while targeting the hips overall strength and mobility. As this flow is vinyasa inspired, it may lend to the more intermediate yogis — however, like all of our asana practices, take this at your own pace — explore and modify to make this practice your own. Meet your body where it's at today.
We will be moving the breath to the hip joints as we challenge our strength and lengthen our mobility in this region of the body. In the presence of Spring, this sequence has many postures that connect us with the season — forward folds to release tension down to the earth, twists to detoxify the body of any stagnant energy, and balancing postures to steady our harmony.
