Last year, soon after the FSR was only adopted three amazing experts in this autonomous sub-field have offered their excellent analysis of the very concept of the Regulation, its goals and mechanisms (watch the video here:    • EU Foreign Subsidies Regulation & Antitrus...  )
The new regime established by the Regulation is rapidly evolving and maturing. To assess the first year of its functioning we have Marek, Lena and Eddy again – and this conversation is at least as informative and insightful as the one we had last year.
