Hello,
this build is the so called "Panzer-Meme". I want to try to get there with the 1940 tech med tanks, not the expensiv heavy tanks.
It is possible to get 1940 with 9x Inf, 3x l Art, 1x PzIV (cheap, but heavy)
to get 8.3 Armour in the division and that's called a "Panzer-Meme" (it has also other names, I didn't invent it).
The division will be just a little bit more expensive, than with the mid Art, heavy art and the light AT. The mid Art, heavy art and the light AT have to be deleted.
With the 1940 Tech PzIV the division get better piercing, break, hard attack and armor.
The armor works by reducing simply the damage for the hole division. It'll work's fine - in theory - until something heavier will be appear on the other side.
