Happy February ❣️ January always feels like a liminal period, especially for me this year. After the post-holiday scramble and sickness that everyone seems to have caught, the past few weeks have been spent focusing on what working towards my goals looks like in the day-to-day. Busy days full of doing things that I hope are leading me towards a future that I want. Everyone always touts "trust the process," but doing so feels like I'm walking through a fog with a weak light, putting one foot in front of the other and just hoping I'm not going in circles. It's easy to spiral into feelings of desperation, but I find stability in my routines and comfort in the small things. Gratitude and joy does not come easily but is always worth taking the time to try to find.
