Hit pop song about (In)Fertility
After more than 8 years of trying to become a Mother and being told that I CAN NO longer HAVE CHILDREN, as part of my personal challenge and my Fertility Tribute N1, I went to a sacred place and wrote a Song about (In)fertility.
This song was co-written with AI—a collaboration between emotion, strength, and technology—to give voice to what so MANY OF US ( 1- in - 6 ) feel but can't always express. Let's make this song our anthem.
An anthem that shows WE DON'T FEAR Infertility. We FACE it—with surrender, strength, resilience, and an unwavering intention to become parents.
(In)Fertility Song
There’s an emptiness in the quiet night,
Dreams of a lullaby, but no breath inside.
Hands that ache to hold, but they're still bare,
A room full of hope, with no one there.
I’ve whispered prayers into the dark,
Wishing on every broken star.
Every month feels like a lifetime gone,
Chasing a heartbeat that won’t come along.
But the cradle’s still silent, the echoes remain,
Longing for the life that I can’t contain.
Tears like rivers, but they’re running dry,
Still I’m holding on, asking why, asking why.
The cradle’s still silent, but my heart won’t die.
The world keeps spinning, with babies in arms,
But I’m stuck in this place, caught in the harm.
Each test a reminder, a hope that fades,
In this waiting room, where joy’s delayed.
I’ve written stories in my mind,
Of little feet and nursery rhymes.
But each chapter ends before it starts,
With a shattered dream and a broken heart.
But the cradle’s still silent, the echoes remain,
Longing for the life that I can’t contain.
Tears like rivers, but they’re running dry,
Still I’m holding on, asking why, asking why.
The cradle’s still silent, but my heart won’t die.
I see your face, though you’ve never been,
Feel your touch in places unseen.
I’ll keep this space, I’ll wait for you,
In every tear, there’s love that’s true.
But the cradle’s still silent, the echoes remain,
Longing for the life that I can’t contain.
Tears like rivers, but they’re running dry,
Still I’m holding on, asking why, asking why.
The cradle’s still silent, but my heart won’t die.
In the silence, there’s still a spark,
A mother’s love that’s left its mark.
And though the cradle’s empty, I’ll still try,
For in my heart, you’ll never die.
Dedicated to all Mothers-In-Waiting , to all women struggling with infertility, praying for a baby, longing for a child, dreaming of motherhood.
