Join us on our visit to Otokoyama Sake Brewery in Asahikawa, Hokkaido, where we learned about the history and process of sake brewing. Our tour guide Helen did an amazing job explaining everything in detail, making it easy for us to understand and appreciate the craftsmanship that goes into creating this traditional Japanese beverage.
We got to see the sake production process up close, and even sampled some of their delicious sakes in the shop. The friendly staff were also super helpful in packing our purchases nicely for us to bring home.
