As he makes his way down into the Funerary Crypt, Isaac passes through many sections of cryo-storage before reaching the main coffin storage area. After fixing a malfunctioning zero-gravity component, he travels to the opposite side of the room, where he finds a maintenance area. After exiting, he finally reaches the top floor of the church where Daina said she was waiting. After successfully meeting her, however, Isaac is met with hostility. Sprawl Security officers take him captive, and Daina betrays him for the good of the Unitology and Convergence. Before she can transport him back for further study, she is gunned down by an EarthGov gunship.

Saat ia turun ke dalam Kuburan Pemakaman, Isaac melewati banyak area penyimpanan kriogenik sebelum mencapai area penyimpanan peti mati utama.
