Описание: The Judges felt that this project was one which was a simple concept but not one applied enough across Scotland. They endorsed the spatial mapping approach and could value in how it could be expanded upon, with Scottish Water, and developed by other local authorities. They felt that credit should be given to the Council on how such a straightforward idea could have such a powerful impact.
