In this video I went s little crazy. I made pulled pork in a pumpkin with a pumpkin pie rub and braised in hard cider. First I rubbed the pork with a special pumpkin pie spice rub. Then I smoked the pork but hot and fast at 350 degrees using cherry wood on the Yoder ys640. After it hit 160 I pulled it off shoved it in a pumpkin with some Julian Hard Cider as a braising liquid and threw it back on the Yoder until it hit 205. I pulled it off shredded it and the flavors were absolutely amazing and unlike any pulled pork I have ever had before. This is a fun way do do something different for the Hollidays or just if you are having some friends over. I hope you will give it a try and thank you for watching.

1/4 cup brown sugar
3 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp nutmeg
2 tbsp ground ginger
1 tbsp coriander
10 cloves
